Blockchain Week Bulgaria Sets Full Agenda for ETHSofia and F3

Blockchain Week Bulgaria has finalized the schedule and speaker roster for its two main conferences: ETHSofia on Sept. 24 and F3: Future Finance Forum on Sept. 25. Over 50 speakers are set to appear across the two days at Sofia Tech Park.

The agenda spans Ethereum's technical fundamentals as well as the institutions advancing regulated finance onchain.

Among the speakers confirmed for both events are delegates from Chainlink Labs, J.P. Morgan Payments, Bitpanda, CertiK, ChainSecurity, Crédit Agricole CIB, Commerzbank AG, the Digital Euro Association, Eversheds Sutherland, Franklin Templeton, the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the Bulgarian Financial Supervision Commission, and the Ethereum Foundation.

ETHSofia Returns for a Third Year: Program and Speakers

Now in its third edition, ETHSofia convenes developers, protocol teams, founders, and security researchers to examine the technical core of the Ethereum ecosystem.

This year's sessions cover smart contract security and OPSEC, DeFi, RWA tokenization, Ethereum development, onchain privacy, scaling, and self-custody. Security experts from CertiK and ChainSecurity, infrastructure teams from Chainlink Labs and Aave Chain Initiative, and contributors from the Ethereum Foundation are scheduled to speak.

F3: Future Finance Forum Brings Banks, Regulators, and Asset Managers Together

F3 focuses on the institutional side of digital assets, placing banks, regulators, and asset managers on one platform to explore how tokenization, custody, and digital-asset infrastructure are transitioning from pilot projects to full production.

Confirmed speakers include representatives from J.P. Morgan Payments, Crédit Agricole CIB, Commerzbank AG, Franklin Templeton, Bitpanda, the Digital Euro Association, Eversheds Sutherland, the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, and the Bulgarian Financial Supervision Commission. Topics include MiCA and Bulgaria's regulatory environment, institutional digital-asset portfolios, RWA, custody, payments, and AI-driven financial infrastructure.
