Trezor Cuts Reseller Network in Supply-Chain Security Push
Trezor is shrinking its reseller network and adding supply-chain checks after reports that a Ledger wallet sold via CryptoBilis contained spyware.
Three major token unlocks totaling $845.8M from CRO, ARB, and STRK are set for Oct 15-17.
Crypto tokens valued at $845.8 million are set to enter the market during the third week of October 2026. Major initiatives such as Cronos (CRO), Arbitrum (ARB), and Starknet (STRK) are scheduled to unlock substantial supplies.
The releases may trigger market swings and affect prices over the near term. Below is a look at the key events.
Cronos functions as a Layer-1 blockchain ecosystem built in conjunction with Crypto.com. The platform operates two chains: Cronos EVM, which is EVM-compatible, and Cronos POS, based on the Cosmos SDK. CRO serves as the network’s native token, covering transaction fees and staking.
On October 17, Cronos is set to unlock 1.17 billion CRO valued at $70.85 million. This amount represents 2.33% of the released supply.
All of the unlocked tokens will be allocated to a single destination: the Cronos Strategic Reserve.
Arbitrum is an Ethereum Layer-2 scaling solution designed to boost transaction speed and lower fees while preserving the security of the Ethereum network.
The network uses 'optimistic rollups' to process transactions off-chain before submitting them to the Ethereum mainnet for validation.
On October 16, Arbitrum will release 92.65 million tokens, valued at $18.40 million, which make up 1.56% of the released supply.
From the unlocked tokens, 56.13 million ARB will go to the team, future team, and advisors, while investors will receive 36.52 million ARB.
Starknet is an Ethereum Layer-2 scaling solution that employs STARK-based zero-knowledge rollups. STRK serves as its native utility and governance token.
On October 15, Starknet will unlock 127 million STRK, at a value of $15.42 million, which equals 3.37% of the released supply.
Early contributors will get 66.61 million STRK from the unlock, while investors will receive 60.39 million tokens.
Besides these three, Connex (CONX), Cheelee (CHEEL), and Aerodrome Finance (AERO) are also scheduled to see new supply this week. Tokenomist lists the Cronos, Arbitrum, and Starknet unlocks as pending verification, meaning the figures are still projections.
