Siebert Analyst Says Bitcoin to Reach $175K Within 12 Months, Strategy at $350
Siebert Financial predicts bitcoin at $175,000 and Strategy at $350 per share within a year, citing multiple factors.
EVEDEX published its $EVE token design: a fixed 100M supply, a 6% retroactive airdrop for early users, and staking that creates non-transferable voting stEVE.
EVEDEX, which operates as a hybrid decentralised cryptocurrency exchange, has laid out the full design for $EVE, the utility token that will back fee payments, staking and governance across its platform.
The supply is fixed at 100 million, with 6% of it reserved for a retroactive airdrop for users who had gathered points before the token generation event.
Those 100 million tokens are split into seven pieces:
31% — the treasury and DAO, to be used for future incentives;
18% — the core team;
15% — partnerships;
12% — liquidity provision and vaults;
10% — seed and private rounds;
8% — network incentives;
6% — the community via the retroactive distribution.
Who receives that 6% is determined by activity already recorded on the platform. A participant’s share is proportional, calculated from points earned in trading, liquidity provision, referrals, quests and community participation, with previously issued Achievement Badges also taken into account. Nothing has to be bought or deposited separately to qualify, and the allocation is paid out pro rata rather than as a fixed amount per user.
According to the published roadmap, the token generation event is tied to the protocol’s mainnet phase. $EVE is due only after live perpetual trading is up and fees are flowing into the DAO treasury, meaning the token comes after demonstrated volume rather than before it. Closer to the event, official EVEDEX channels will spell out the claim process.
$EVE that is staked converts one-for-one into stEVE, which cannot be transferred and carries voting rights in the EVEDEX DAO. A 100 EVE stake translates into 100 stEVE. Governance weight is deliberately separated from the tradeable supply in this design: stEVE is not something that can be bought, sold or lent, so the only way to gain voting influence is to lock tokens, not to purchase it in the open market just before a vote.
Unstaking follows a linear one-year schedule that is recalculated continuously, so users can withdraw whatever portion has become unlocked at any time. Exiting early triggers a penalty of as much as 50%, which decreases in a straight line to zero as the full period comes to an end.
Staking rewards are not given a fixed annual percentage. They depend on the fees generated by the protocol and on how much of the total staked stEVE each staker holds.
EVEDEX says it now has more than 74,000 registered traders and monthly trading volume in excess of $15B, with maker fees of 0.015%, taker fees of 0.045% and leverage up to 200x.
EVEDEX pairs the fast execution and polished experience of a centralised venue with the self-custody and transparency of a decentralised one, giving it a hybrid structure.
Perpetual futures on digital assets are available with as much as 200x leverage, and the platform also offers forex and index perpetuals, AI-powered trading tools, a gamified rewards system and an integrated education centre.
