Uniswap Doubles as Robinhood Chain Drives Two-Thirds of Its Fees
Uniswap's price doubled as Robinhood Chain generated two-thirds of its fees, mostly via higher-volume tokenized stock trades.
Japanese firm Remixpoint sold all its altcoins on September 1, pocketing ¥117.77 million in profit, and now holds only Bitcoin.
Japanese company Remixpoint unloaded its entire altcoin holdings during a single trading day on September 1, booking a ¥117.77 million ($598,400) gain and moving its crypto treasury entirely into Bitcoin.
The decision represents a notable turnaround from a diversification approach the company had adopted only a few months earlier.
In June, Remixpoint was following a different route. Looking to shield capital from a declining yen, the firm established a holding of around 1.2 million XRP tokens and also added Solana and Dogecoin to its portfolio.
Internal projections at the time estimated that revenue from that crypto segment could total as much as ¥12.44 billion ($63.21 million). However, management’s outlook changed over the summer after evaluating the market dangers and volatility linked to keeping several altcoins.
Executives decided on what the company termed a selection-and-concentration approach. On September 1, Remixpoint sold off all its altcoin holdings in one trading session.
The total transaction amount reached ¥878.81 million ($4.47 million), compared with a book value of ¥761.04 million ($3.87 million) at the period's beginning, resulting in that net profit. Performance differed significantly depending on the asset.
Ethereum produced the biggest gain at ¥60.20 million ($305,900), with Solana next at ¥49.30 million ($250,500), and the two tokens together also brought in ¥29.87 million ($151,800) from staking rewards. XRP contributed a more modest ¥11.52 million ($58,500) profit, while Dogecoin recorded the sole loss, amounting to ¥3.25 million ($16,500).
Remixpoint intends to channel the realized earnings into its main energy business, increasing its fleet of industrial battery storage systems and improving its overall financial standing.
Remixpoint’s crypto holdings are now composed exclusively of about 1,506 BTC. Company leaders described the move as practical rather than driven by principle, highlighting Bitcoin's capacity to produce steady passive income through lending.
From February to August 2026, the firm's Bitcoin lending operation accumulated 14.92 BTC in interest, generating ¥164.21 million ($834,300) without needing to sell any of the underlying asset.
🚨 JAPANESE COMPANY GOES BITCOIN-ONLY
— Akshay (@iiam_Akshay) September 2, 2026
Japan-listed Remixpoint has sold its entire ETH, SOL, XRP & DOGE holdings.
The company now holds roughly 1,506 BTC — worth ~$115M. 🟠
One message from the move:
“Bitcoin first.”#Bitcoin #BTC #Crypto #Ethereum #Solana
That yield advantage helped steer the decision away from altcoins, which gave price exposure but little in terms of a comparable income stream. The company's brief diversification phase has effectively come to an end, with its capital now focused on one asset.
Remixpoint’s shift mirrors a wider trend among Japanese corporate treasuries dealing with currency weakness and looking for yield, though few have changed direction this sharply in such a short time frame.
