Marcus Lemonis-linked stocks sink to new lows; Neighborhood Intelligence hits all-time low as Camping World cuts forecasts.

Shares of companies tied to Marcus Lemonis, host of The Profit and The Fixer, are experiencing one of their worst years ever. The portfolio includes Camping World, Overstock, buybuy BABY, Container Store, and Bed Bath & Beyond.

Camping World, the RV and outdoor equipment retailer that Lemonis led until December 2025, saw its stock drop 18% in 2024, 54% in 2025, and 53% year-to-date in 2026.

Neighborhood Intelligence, Lemonis' company that operates Overstock, buybuy BABY, Container Store, and Bed Bath & Beyond, suffered an 82% decline in 2024, a 9% gain in 2025, and a 66% drop so far in 2026.

The stock hit a fresh all-time low yesterday.

Neighborhood Intelligence hits all-time low

In August, Lemonis changed the name of Bed Bath & Beyond to Neighborhood Intelligence, following the completion of the Container Store purchase.

The company's second-quarter net loss doubled, reaching $39.5 million, while cash on hand dropped from $175 million in December to $99 million by the end of June.

The integration of its multiple brands is proving difficult. The firm has begun closing dozens of locations, and its chief financial officer resigned on Monday.

Two merger agreements have also fallen through. F9 Brands called off its merger with Neighborhood Intelligence in September. On Monday, Fathom Holdings also terminated its merger arrangement by mutual agreement.

Lemonis' acquisition push has stalled. Neighborhood Intelligence has indicated that it “does not anticipate pursuing additional acquisitions.”

Merely being linked to Lemonis appears to have hurt Fathom's stock, which has declined 77% in 2026.

Camping World's weak sales and shrinking forecasts

Camping World's second-quarter results showed a 16.4% decline in new vehicle unit sales and a 21% drop in adjusted EBITDA.

The retailer lowered its full-year EBITDA guidance by 17% and forecast a 15% reduction in industrywide new RV sales.

Matthew Wagner, who took over as CEO from Lemonis on January 1, said, “We are not satisfied with the result.”

Camping World has already suspended its dividend and faces a class-action lawsuit accusing it of overstating its inventory controls and retail demand.

The firm is also laying off employees, aiming to reduce payroll by $50 million, shutting two to four dealerships, and looking into refinancing options — typically an unfavorable indicator.
