Solana ETFs saw a record $24.8 million weekly outflow, breaking a 14-week inflow streak.
US spot Solana (SOL) exchange-traded funds (ETFs) recorded $24.8 million in outflows for the week ending October 9. That marks the largest weekly withdrawal since their October 2025 launch and breaks a run of 14 straight weeks of inflows.
Only two weeks earlier, the funds attracted $188.2 million, their second-highest weekly intake ever. Inflows then decelerated to $2.4 million in the week through October 2.
SoSoValue data shows the prior weekly record was an $8.9 million outflow during the week ending February 6. Last weekās figure was nearly three times that amount.
Bitcoin (BTC) ETFs saw $681.1 million leave in the same week, while Ethereum (ETH) ETFs posted $542.1 million in outflows. Ethereum funds ended the week with a ninth consecutive day of outflows, as reported by BeInCrypto.
Zcash (ZEC) and Hyperliquid (HYPE) ETFs also recorded outflows, with $30.7 million and $9.4 million, respectively.
Net assets across Solana funds dropped 8.9% over the week, moving from $1.90 billion to $1.73 billion. The outflow accounts for only about $25 million of that $170 million decline, with the remainder mostly reflecting SOLās price fall during the same period.
SOL declined 10.25% over the trading week before posting small gains over the weekend. The altcoin traded at $111.53 at press time, up 1.45% in the last 24 hours, according to BeInCrypto Markets data.
The next weekly report, covering trading through October 16, will indicate whether fund buyers returned after the price drop.
Meanwhile, spot XRP (XRP) ETFs moved in the opposite direction, pulling in $11.3 million over the same period. That inflow extended their streak to 13 consecutive weeks.
Their last outflow week ended July 10. By contrast, all other major ETFs posted net outflows last week.
The buying persisted even as XRP fell 8.2% during the week. Cumulative net inflows into XRP ETFs reached a record $1.80 billion, though net assets were lower at $1.57 billion.
Nevertheless, both Solana and XRP ETFs have drawn more net money in 2026 than spot Bitcoin ETFs. Since January 1, Solana funds have attracted $816.8 million and XRP funds $635.5 million, compared to $494.1 million for Bitcoin.
