Tokens worth more than $913 million unlock this week, led by DoubleZero, Sui and Collector Crypt; three other projects also see supply enter the market.
This week brings token unlocks valued at more than $913 million to the crypto market. Several major projects—DoubleZero (2Z), Sui (SUI) and Collector Crypt (CARDS)—are set to release sizable new supplies.
Such releases have the potential to stir volatility and affect prices over the short term. Below is a closer look at the key events.
DoubleZero operates as a network layer designed for blockchains and similar distributed systems. Validator traffic is routed over fiber connections provided by independent contributors, lowering latency relative to the public internet.
Come October 2, the network frees up 1.66 billion 2Z, valued at $113.20 million. That amount represents 47.69% of the released supply. The same date also marks the one-year anniversary of 2Z trading, which started on October 2, 2025.
The supply is being divided across 7 recipients. Jump Crypto takes the biggest portion, with 575 million 2Z. Malbec Labs and institutions are set to receive 350 million and 300 million tokens, respectively.
A further 250 million 2Z goes to the team and 100 million to contributors. Builders and validators round out the distribution with 50 million and 30 million tokens.
Sui is a Layer-1 blockchain built for high performance. It relies on the Move programming language to support scalable, secure and efficient decentralized applications (dApps).
Parallel execution is a key focus, allowing Sui to process transactions at high throughput, which suits gaming, DeFi and Web3 use cases.
On October 1, Sui releases 13.26 million tokens under its monthly schedule. This tranche equals 0.32% of the released supply and is worth around $16.84 million.
From the unlocked amount, early contributors and the community reserve receive 7.19 million and 4 million SUI, respectively. Mysten Labs rounds it out with 2.07 million tokens.
Collector Crypt provides a marketplace on the Solana (SOL) blockchain where trading cards are tokenized. Users are able to purchase, trade and redeem graded physical cards held in the platform's storage vaults. CARDS serves as its native token.
On September 29, the project unlocks 59.26 million CARDS, worth $11.67 million. That amount makes up 10.62% of the released supply.
The largest share of unlocked tokens, 32.50 million CARDS, goes to the team. The community follows with 14.58 million tokens, while advisors and seed investors receive 7.01 million and 5.16 million CARDS.
Beyond those three, Ethena (ENA), Falcon Finance (FF) and Sign (SIGN) will also see fresh supply hit the market this week. Tokenomist has flagged these unlocks as pending verification, meaning the figures are still projections.
