GTA 6 leaker Cyberleek won't release build after token misses $30M cap, but threatens dead man's switch to spoil ending.
The anonymous GTA 6 leaker known as Cyberleek has threatened to reveal the long-awaited game's conclusion if they are caught, but they will no longer leak content on a regular basis due to their cryptocurrency token's poor performance.
According to a Protos article last week, Cyberleek broke their hiatus to publish additional GTA 6 leaks, with a focus on nudity.
That activity pushed their token up 200% across two days, but the market cap still didn't match the $40 million figure reached when the original leaks surfaced.
Cyberleek is now in trouble again. In their latest message this morning, they maintain they won't leak the full game build because the token never reached a $30 million market cap.
The token's market cap currently stands at just over $1 million. It reportedly started declining after they announced a roadmap of leak milestones requiring several million-dollar market caps.
Despite the setback, Cyberleek still asserts they can leak the ending, presenting out-of-context clips from the final story missions as proof.
They haven't released it outright; instead, they've threatened a “dead man’s switch” that would spoil the ending should they ever get caught.
They contend it would ruin the experience for gamers and that Rockstar Games' parent company, Take-Two, “was punished enough.”
Cyberleek says the GTA 6 leaks are stopping “for now.”
He claims he has the game’s ending but decided not to publish it, says the 200+GB build will not be released after the $30M milestone wasn’t reached, and claims a “dead man’s switch” containing story spoilers is still…— GTA 6 Info (@GTASixInfo) October 14, 2026
GTA 6 is presently scheduled to launch on November 19.
Chris Bratt, co-founder of People Make Games, claims that an employment tribunal between Rockstar Games and 34 fired workers was postponed by a month to November 17 and 18.
Bratt says the delay came because Rockstar Games asked for extra time for its lawyers to cross-examine certain employees.
X users have started speculating that those employees could actually be Cyberleek.
