Fintech Meetup and Signal Week announced a partnership to co-host events in Las Vegas and Paris in 2027.
On September 9, 2026, Fintech Meetup and Signal Week — the event formerly known as Paris Blockchain Week — announced a partnership aimed at creating new opportunities for fintech and digital asset professionals to network, collaborate, and conduct business across the US and Europe.
The alliance will merge Fintech Meetup’s meeting-focused financial services platform with Signal Week’s worldwide digital assets network, with events scheduled in Las Vegas and Paris during 2027.
The convergence of traditional finance and digital assets is accelerating rapidly. Stablecoins, tokenization, and blockchain infrastructure are transitioning from experimental phases to practical financial applications, while digital asset firms require greater access to institutions and partners that can help bring these technologies into widespread use.
The partnership will serve as the meeting place for that convergence.
This union combines two highly complementary sets of capabilities. Signal Week contributes extensive knowledge of digital assets along with a network of global brands, developers, investors, and regulators. Fintech Meetup offers access to the broader financial services landscape — especially banks and other fintech purchasers — plus its proprietary technology-driven Meetings Program, which transforms common interests into productive one-on-one interactions and business deals.
This partnership also represents the first significant achievement since Signal Week was acquired by Hyve Group in 2026, placing both brands under the same organization. A key reason for the acquisition was to link the two communities, and the current collaboration executes that plan.
The initiative kicks off at Fintech Meetup in Las Vegas in February 2027, and later that same year the partnership continues in Paris.
The alliance will be realized at Fintech Meetup 2027, February 22–24 at The Venetian, Las Vegas, where the two entities will together debut the Digital Assets Summit, presented by Signal Week and subtitled “The Bridge Between TradFi and Digital Assets.” This summit represents an enlarged digital assets component within Fintech Meetup, centering the event around digital assets.
The Las Vegas program will highlight practical developments being built, implemented, and adopted across the financial sector: actual infrastructure, real deployments, and genuine partnerships. It will feature companies and financial institutions that are deploying the technology—spanning stablecoins, tokenization, blockchain infrastructure, and on-chain markets—and leverage Fintech Meetup’s Meetings Program to link them with institutions, clients, and partners that can speed up adoption.
Louisa Hunter, President of Fintech Meetup, said: “Traditional finance and digital assets are no longer separate conversations. Banks are exploring stablecoins, tokenization and blockchain infrastructure, while the companies building that technology need access to the institutions that can take it into the mainstream. Bringing these communities together is timely and incredibly exciting. Signal brings deep expertise, credibility and relationships across digital assets; Fintech Meetup brings the wider financial services ecosystem and a meetings model designed to turn interest into action. Together, we will build the most important meeting place for the people building, buying and adopting the next generation of financial infrastructure.”
Signal Week, the event previously called Paris Blockchain Week, will contribute specialized knowledge and a well-established worldwide digital assets network that has previously hosted executives from organizations including BlackRock, Société Générale, Circle, and Ripple. Fintech Meetup will supply its more extensive fintech ecosystem, audience of financial institutions, and meeting-centric format, which has attracted attendees such as Citi, Wells Fargo, US Bank, and Visa in the past.
Collectively, the goal is to become the premier destination for those creating, acquiring, and implementing the next wave of financial infrastructure.
Charlie Méraud, Co-Founder of Signal Week, said: “Wall Street is going on-chain, and so is every major financial hub. Not just financial instruments, but payment rails and programmable currencies. After years of the two industries working in silos, building that bridge has been Signal Week’s goal from the start. Partnering with Fintech Meetup puts our community in front of 650+ qualified hosted leaders through a world-class double opt-in meetings program, and that’s the strongest step forward we could have taken.”
The subsequent significant phase arrives in Paris during 2027, when Fintech Meetup Europe and Signal Week will join forces at Signal Week. In collaboration, they aim to establish a substantially expanded gathering point for financial services, covering banking, fintech, payments, digital assets, and emerging financial infrastructure.
For Fintech Meetup’s audience, this translates to improved access to one of the most rapidly evolving sectors in finance. For Signal Week’s network, it means more robust links to financial institutions and the broader fintech landscape, supported by Fintech Meetup’s one-on-one Meetings Program.
Additional specifics regarding the partnership are scheduled to be disclosed during the debut of Fintech Meetup Europe, October 6–8 in Lisbon.
Fintech Meetup convenes financial institutions, fintech companies, startups, investors, retailers, merchants, and technology vendors to forge the relationships that advance their enterprises.
Central to the event is its technology-driven Meetings Program, which arranges selected, double opt-in, one-on-one meetings tailored to participants’ objectives.
In addition to meetings, sessions led by experts and community activities offer attendees additional channels to explore new concepts, identify partners, and cultivate connections within the fintech ecosystem.
Signal Week, previously known as Paris Blockchain Week, serves as Europe’s institutional conference for digital assets, gathering the key figures who are influencing digital assets and onchain infrastructure.
Its worldwide network includes financial institutions, digital asset firms, investors, founders, regulators, and technology executives, attracting more than 10,000 participants from over 100 nations, with 70% of attendees holding C-suite positions.
Signal Week became part of Hyve Group in 2026, along with RAISE Summit and MACHINA Summit. Collectively, these acquisitions bolster Hyve’s expanding lineup in fintech and emerging technology, where RAISE is recognized as the premier global AI summit and MACHINA concentrates on physical AI and robotics.
