Strategy CEO Outlines Ambition to Be the JPMorgan of Bitcoin

Strategy's goal is not simply to hold bitcoin as a corporate asset; rather, the company wants to function as the JPMorgan of the cryptocurrency, according to CEO Phong Le. In practice, this means building products, creating markets and supplying liquidity for a digital-asset economy that Le predicts could one day serve 8 billion people. Le elaborated on Strategy's digital credit ecosystem, valued at approximately $15 billion, and argued that DeFi protocols—those generating yield and issuing tokenized instruments on top of STRC—are more critical than any products Strategy develops internally. Le also discussed the MSCI index question and explained why Strategy is resisting exclusion on principle.
