BeInCrypto LATAM and Coinhold Wallet AMA to Tackle Stablecoins in Latin America
Live AMA on stablecoins in Latin America set for November 9 with Coinhold Wallet. Panelists to discuss USDT adoption, payments, and risks.
XRP price fell to $1.21 despite a $540 million Binance outflow, as ETF inflows stalled.
Roughly $540 million in XRP tokens were moved off Binance in one day this week. Despite that outflow, the XRP price declined 7.66% over the last day to trade at $1.21, per BeInCrypto Markets data.
Cryptocurrency is flowing out of the platform, yet buying pressure has not materialized to drive the price upwards. US spot XRP ETFs have recorded zero net inflows for three straight sessions.
Analyst Darkfost reported that 418.5 million XRP departed Binance on November 4. This marked the single biggest daily outflow from the exchange in nine months.
This outflow surpassed the 315 million XRP pulled out on October 29, the same day the $6.3 billion Binance hack took place.
The exodus of tokens occurred shortly after XRP rose back past the $1.30 mark. It also fell on the day after the US midterm elections. Adding to the picture, the number of wallets holding 1 million XRP or more hit a 2026 high this week, according to BeInCrypto.
Darkfost noted that outflows of this magnitude reduce the supply of XRP available for trading on exchanges. However, he warned that this does not necessarily lead to a price climb, and part of the movement could stem from internal wallet transfers at Binance.
Tracking fund flows provides another way to gauge if the shrinking supply is being matched by new demand.
According to SoSoValue, US spot XRP ETFs saw no net inflows on November 3, 4, or 5. This period of inactivity covered the exact day the large Binance withdrawal occurred.
The slowing pace set in earlier. Net inflows for October totalled just $18.8 million, a steep drop from September's $121.4 million. This marked the smallest monthly figure since March, a month that saw the ETFs experience net outflows.
Viewed collectively, tokens are exiting trading platforms without a corresponding increase in institutional interest. The spotlight now falls on XRP's ability to maintain its current support level.
Analyst More Crypto Online identified $1.21 as the 61.8% Fibonacci retracement point, a level from which XRP previously rebounded. The asset moved towards the $1.34 resistance area but failed to push through it.
The XRP price has subsequently retreated back to the $1.21 level. This places that same support zone under scrutiny once more.
According to the analyst, XRP needs to establish a higher low and then break through $1.34 to verify a price floor. His most recent assessment indicated that the bounce lacked the necessary momentum.
$XRP is still holding support, but no impulsive upside reaction yet.

Below the $1.21 level, the analyst placed the 78.6% retracement around $1.11.
Darkfost stated that the days ahead will reveal if the Binance outflows persist or turn out to be a one-time surge. The return of ETF inflows would provide the demand currently absent from the market setup.
