How to Transfer Assets on the Platform

15/12/202506:47:50

On the Bifu platform, assets in the Forex (FX), Crypto, and RWA sections are independent and cannot be directly transferred between them. If you want to trade in a specific section, you must first ensure that the account for that section has available funds. Using the asset transfer function properly allows you to manage funds more efficiently and participate in trades at any time.

What Transfers Do

The transfer function moves funds between different accounts within the same section. For example:
  • Forex Section → Transfer between your Wallet Account and Forex Trading Account.
  • Crypto Section → Transfer between Funding Account and Spot/Futures Account.
This allows you to flexibly allocate trading funds and participate in different markets as needed.

Preparation Before Transferring

  • Complete your login.
  • Confirm that funds have been deposited into the wallet account of the corresponding section.
  • Identify the target account type (e.g., Funding Account, Spot Account, etc.).

Transfer Operation Steps (App Example)

  1. Go to the Assets Page: Open the Bifu App → Tap [Account] at the bottom.
  2. Select the Transfer Function: Tap the [Transfer] button.
  3. Set the Transfer Direction:
    1. From: Select the source account (e.g., "Funding Account").
    2. To: Select the target account (e.g., "Futures Account").
  4. Select the Transfer Currency: The most common is USDT (which supports ERC20 / TRC20 / BEP20). The specific currency depends on the section.
  5. Enter the Amount: Enter the amount you wish to transfer, or tap "All" to transfer the full balance.
  6. Confirm the Operation: Check that the information is correct → Tap [Confirm Transfer].
  7. Verify Arrival: Transfers are usually instant. You can check the balance in the target account.

Important Notes on Transfers

  • Transfers are free of charge (unless otherwise specified).
  • For large transfers, it is recommended to do a small test transfer first to ensure it arrives correctly.
  • You cannot transfer between different sections directly. You must first withdraw funds to an external wallet and then deposit them into the wallet account of the target section.
  • The transfer function is limited to internal transfers within your own user account and cannot be used to transfer funds directly to other users.
