Ragapay Policy – Pay-In and Payout Terms & Conditions

To ensure adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, the following terms and conditions apply to all pay-in and payout transactions:
1. Payment Method
- Only VISA and MasterCard are accepted for transactions.
- All payin will be processed in USD only.
2. Bank Account Requirements
- The bank account used for both pay-in and payout must be registered under the same name as the user's account on our platform.
- For payout transactions, a valid bank statement must be provided as supporting documentation.
- The bank statement must be issued within the last 3 months and must clearly display the account used for the transaction.
3. Account Ownership
- The name on the bank account must match exactly with the name registered on the user's account.
4. Processing and Resolution Time
- Transactions will be processed promptly upon receipt and approval of all required documents.
- The resolution period for pay-in and payout transactions may take up to 5 working days after approval, in line with standard banking procedures.

Please ensure all submitted documents are complete, valid, and clearly legible. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in processing delays or transaction rejection.
