XRP's Relative Strength Index Drops to Unprecedented Low
XRP's two-week RSI fell to a record low near 33.5, sparking debate over whether the token has found its cycle bottom.
Bitget expanded its Proof of Reserves from 4 to 19 assets, enabling users to verify holdings in more cryptocurrencies.
Bitget, a major Universal Exchange (UEX), has increased its Proof of Reserves (PoR) from four cryptocurrencies to 19. This expansion broadens the portion of user funds that can be verified. The update covers both platform-wide reserve reports and individual Proof of Assets checks, enabling users to see how their assets are recorded and to confirm they are part of reserve snapshots.
With exchanges listing more assets, reserve transparency must follow. Bitget's update pushes verification toward a standard feature across its platform, not just a protection for main cryptocurrencies.
The new list of assets under verification includes BTC, USDT, ETH, LTC, LINK, XRP, USDC, DOGE, BNB, SOL, ADA, NEAR, XAUT, TAO, SUI, ONDO, HYPE, PI, and USDGO. On the updated PoR page, users can check the reserve ratio and total user assets per asset, evaluate whether reserves are adequate, and see the distribution of user assets across various blockchains.
Individual Proof of Assets checks now cover the same 19 assets. Users can verify if their holdings were part of a PoR snapshot via Merkle Tree technology. Audit records with Merkle hashes and snapshot details are still accessible for those wanting more thorough verification.
Bitget has been publishing monthly PoR reports since December 2022. By August 2026, the exchange had released 45 consecutive reports, with the most recent showing a 122% reserve ratio, above the 1:1 requirement. The platform uses Merkle Tree aggregation to let users independently confirm their inclusion in a snapshot. Users can also download data and verify records with public methods.
âUsers shouldnât have to simply take our word for it, they should be able to verify their assets for themselves,â said Gracy Chen, CEO of Bitget. âProof of Reserves has been part of Bitgetâs transparency framework for nearly four years, and as the assets people hold on our platform become more diverse, that verification needs to expand with them. Expanding from four assets to 19 gives more users that visibility.â
For assets not covered in a specific audit or where personal records are not yet available, Bitget's Proof of Assets interface shows notices to help users understand their audit results. As the UEX platform incorporates more assets and markets, Bitget is expanding the tools that let users independently check what backs their holdings. The Proof of Reserves, Protection Fund, and other security measures are part of this strategy, aiming to make security more measurable and verifiable as the ecosystem develops.
Bitget is a major Universal Exchange (UEX) with over 125 million users, providing access to more than 2 million crypto tokens, 500+ tokenized stocks, ETFs, commodities, forex, and precious metals like gold. Its AI agent aims to help users trade smarter. The company fosters crypto adoption via partnerships such as MotoGPâą. As part of its global impact plan, Bitget collaborates with UNICEF to deliver blockchain education to 1.1 million people by 2027. The exchange is also expanding in tokenized traditional finance, providing the industry's lowest fees and highest liquidity across 150 regions worldwide.
