Deposit Guide

Step 1: Click on "Assets"

After logging into your Bifu account, navigate to the [Assets] section from the main menu.

Step 2: Click on "Deposit"

On the [Assets] page, click the [Deposit] option to start the deposit process.

Step 3: Choose a payment method

Bifu offers several payment options for you to choose from:

• Fiat deposit: Fund your account using bank transfer or other fiat methods.
• Crypto deposit: Transfer cryptocurrencies (e.g., USDT, BTC, etc.) to your Bifu wallet.
• Contact customer support for help: Reach out to official customer support for manual deposit assistance.

 Step 4: Select your desired currency

From the currency list, choose the digital asset or fiat currency you wish to deposit.

Step 5: Enter the deposit amount

Input the specific amount you want to deposit into your Bifu account.

Step 6: Confirm the official deposit account

Before proceeding, verify that the official Bifu deposit account or address displayed on the page is correct.

Step 7: Upload transfer proof

After making the payment, upload the bank transfer slip or on-chain transaction screenshot to speed up verification.

Step 8: Complete the deposit

Once confirmed, the system will process your deposit request. You will receive a notification when the funds arrive, and the balance will be shown on the Assets page.

Withdrawal Guide

Step 1: Click on "Assets"

Log in to your Bifu account and go to the [Assets] section from the main menu.

Step 2: Click on "Withdraw"

On the [Assets] page, click [Withdraw] to initiate a withdrawal.

Step 3: Choose a "Withdrawal Account"

Please select your target account for withdrawal:

• Bank account: Transfer funds to your linked bank account.
• Crypto wallet: Withdraw assets to an external crypto wallet address.

Step 4: Click "Add New"

If this is your first withdrawal, click [Add New] to add and save your withdrawal account details.

Step 5: Fill in the account information as prompted

This includes the recipient's name, receiving currency, country/region, bank name, account number, and SWIFT/BIC code (if required by the channel).

Step 6: Select the withdrawal account

After completing the form, click to confirm the account you'll use for withdrawal.

Step 7: Enter the "Withdrawal Amount" and submit

Enter the amount you want to withdraw and submit your request.

Step 8: Withdrawal completed

Once submitted, the system will process your withdrawal request. You will receive a notification when the funds arrive. Processing time depends on the payment method used.
