Why wasn't my trade executed when the price was reached?

Possible reasons:
  • Price mismatch: The specified order price did not match the market execution price at that time.
  • Network latency: An unstable network connection caused order delays or failure to execute.
Solutions:
  • Check and ensure a stable network connection, refresh the platform, and try again.
  • If the problem persists, please contact Bifu customer support (enquiries@bifu.co) for investigation.
     

 

Why can't I trade on some days?

Possible reasons:
  • Some markets may be closed during holidays (e.g., Christmas, New Year's Day).
  • Bifu will announce market closures in advance on the trading calendar.
Solutions:
  • Pay attention to Bifu platform announcements and notifications to stay informed about trading schedule arrangements.
     

 

Why can't I claim my activity rewards?

Possible reasons:
  • Activity requirements not met (e.g., tasks incomplete or conditions not fulfilled).
  • Technical delays or the reward distribution time has not yet arrived.
Solutions:
  • Carefully read the activity rules and ensure all conditions are met.
  • If you still cannot claim your rewards, please contact Bifu customer support (enquiries@bifu.co) for assistance.
     

 

Why isn't copy trading working properly?

Possible reasons:
  • Insufficient funds: The copy trading account balance is insufficient to complete the order.
  • Technical delays: Data synchronization delay between the master account and the copy trading account.
Solutions:
  • Ensure sufficient account balance to cover the required margin and fees.
