Why wasn't my trade executed when the price was reached?
Possible reasons:
- Price mismatch: The specified order price did not match the market execution price at that time.
- Network latency: An unstable network connection caused order delays or failure to execute.
Solutions:
- Check and ensure a stable network connection, refresh the platform, and try again.
- If the problem persists, please contact Bifu customer support (enquiries@bifu.co) for investigation.
Why can't I trade on some days?
Possible reasons:
- Some markets may be closed during holidays (e.g., Christmas, New Year's Day).
- Bifu will announce market closures in advance on the trading calendar.
Solutions:
- Pay attention to Bifu platform announcements and notifications to stay informed about trading schedule arrangements.
Why can't I claim my activity rewards?
Possible reasons:
- Activity requirements not met (e.g., tasks incomplete or conditions not fulfilled).
- Technical delays or the reward distribution time has not yet arrived.
Solutions:
- Carefully read the activity rules and ensure all conditions are met.

Why isn't copy trading working properly?
