How to Transfer Assets on the Bifu Platform

On the Bifu platform, assets in the Forex (FX), Cryptocurrency (Crypto), and RWA sections are independent of each other. Funds cannot be transferred directly between these sections.
If you want to trade in a specific section, you need to ensure that you have available funds in the corresponding account. Proper use of the asset transfer function allows you to manage your funds more efficiently and participate in trading at any time.

 

Purpose of Asset Transfers

The transfer function allows you to move funds between different accounts within the same section. For example:
  • Forex Section → Transfer between Wallet Account and Forex Trading Account
  • Crypto Section → Transfer between Wallet Account and Spot/Futures Account This allows for flexible allocation of trading funds and participation in different markets as needed.
 

Preparation Before Transferring

  1. Complete login and KYC verification
  2. Confirm that funds have been deposited into the account of the corresponding section
  3. Clearly identify the target account type (e.g., Forex Account, Margin Account, etc.)
 

Asset Transfer Steps (App Example)

  1. Go to the Assets page
  • Open the Bifu App → Tap "Assets" at the bottom
  1. Select the Transfer function
  • Tap the "Transfer" button
  1. Set the transfer direction
  • "From": Select the source account (e.g., "Forex Account")
  • "To": Select the target account (e.g., "Margin Account")
  1. Select the transfer currency
  • Select the asset type to be transferred in the currency field (e.g., USD, AUD, EUR, GBP, etc., are available in the Forex section)
  1. Enter the amount
  • Enter the amount to be transferred. You can tap "All" to transfer the entire balance.
  1. Confirm the operation
  • Check the information and tap "Submit"
  1. Verify arrival of funds
  • Transfers are usually instant. You can check the balance in the target account.
 

Important Notes on Asset Transfers

  • Transfers are free of charge (unless otherwise specified).
  • For large transfers, it is recommended to test with a small amount first to confirm successful arrival.
  • Inter-section transfers are not allowed. You need to withdraw to an external wallet first and then deposit into the wallet account of the target section.
  • The transfer function is limited to within the same user account. You cannot directly transfer funds to other users.
