DECFX Token Viewing & Unlocking Guide

This FAQ is designed to help you view the DECFX tokens allocated to your account on the Bifu platform (such as those received via official airdrops) and understand the token lock-up mechanism and unlocking progress.
1.How do I view my DECFX tokens on Bifu?
Please follow the path below to view your DECFX assets:
Log in to Bifu → Switch to Crypto section → Top right Profile → Asset Overview → Asset List → Select DECFX
This page only displays your asset overview. For detailed lock-up and release progress, please refer to Section 3.
2.Why is my DECFX showing as “Locked”?
To ensure long-term ecological stability of the DECFX token, DECFX received via airdrop follows a 1-year lock-up + 360-day linear release mechanism:
- After the airdrop distribution, all tokens enter the lock-up pool and will begin unlocking after the 1-year lock-up period ends;
- During the 360-day unlocking period, the system will automatically release the tokens to your Bifu account in equal daily portions;
- Daily release amount = Total locked amount ÷ 360.
3.How do I check the unlocking progress of my DECFX tokens?
Path: After following the steps in Section 1 to enter the DECFX details page → Select Lock-up and Release
You can view the following information:
- Total locked amount
- Amount already released
- Daily release amount
- Remaining unreleased amount
- Lock-up and release records

4.Where can I find the DECFX whitepaper?
You may access it in the following ways:
- Go to the DECFX details page → Whitepaper entry

5.What should I do if I don’t see DECFX in my account?
This guide applies to users who have been granted airdrop eligibility (as individually notified by DecodeFX customer service).
If you do not see DECFX in your asset list, please check the following:
- Ensure you are logged in with the email used by Decode Global for the airdrop notification
- If you have multiple accounts, switch to the account that received the airdrop
- If you still cannot find the tokens, please contact DecodeFX support team (ico@decodefx.com) for assistance with account binding or troubleshooting
6.Is DECFX available for trading or transfers? (Future Feature Notes)
Currently, DECFX does not support trading or transfers. All future DECFX-related functionalities—such as financial products, trading, holding incentives, and ecosystem utilities—will be launched exclusively on the Bifu platform. Bifu will serve as the core management hub of the DECFX ecosystem.
Specific launch timelines and features will be announced officially by Bifu.
